Injection Molding and Thermoset Machines
We use the latest technology to process filled and unfilled materials such as acetals, polycarbonates, polyesters, polysulfones and urethanes, as well as the more common materials. We produce in thermoset such parts as electric switch blocks, fuse holders, automotive transmission parts, and braking systems, as well as a variety of others. We are capable of running parts up to 12" x 12" with a 16 oz. Shot capacity.
With press capacity from five to six hundred ten tons, and shot capacity from a third of an ounce to one hundred ten ounces, our manufacturer has the skill and ability to develop practically any shape you need. From miniature fittings for high temperature applications and large panels for automotive or aerospace use, to thermoset parts like electric switch blocks or blow molded tops for candy tubes, we do it all. Fabrication

Tooling
Our in-house tool shop allows us to have complete control of the design and manufacturing of the tooling needed to produce the highest quality plastics products. All of our tooling is designed for extremely long life. However, when repairs are needed our in-house tool shop can usually complete the repairs in a matter of minutes, allowing us to resume production and meet your delivery requirements. Having our own tooling capabilities allows us to quickly offer our customers very competitively priced products. We also have long term relationships with a wide variety of first class tool shops that can handle any tooling requirements that might exceed our capacity.

Extruded Tubing
From 1/8" to 4" in diameter and wall thickness from .010" to 1/2", we can supply all your tubing requirements. We have over 60 standard tools which will allow us to make almost any size round tube. In addition to round we can manufacture almost any hollow shape such as squares, ovals, or trapezoids to your requirements. We can supply tubing from full rigid to flexible in any thermoplastic material including our 30 standard materials. Any color, from crystal clear to bright neon can be provided to enhance your product’s consumer appeal.
Profiles

Using c-n-c machining and double headed saw or miter cuts when required, we produce tube to any practical length, neatly package it to maintain straightness, then ship in easy to store boxes; all on time and for less money than coiled tube.
